Roll out the dough lengthwise and fold it into thirds. Turn the dough a quarter turn to the left and repeat.\n\n3. Let it rest for 4 hours in the refrigerator.\n4. Repeat this process once more and refrigerate for 12 hours.\n5. Add the eggs and mix to incorporate air into the mixture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.<\/strong><span><\/span>Using a piping bag, pipe the almond cream, including the f\u00e8ve (a small trinket traditionally hidden inside), onto the puff pastry disc, then add 60g of Lilamand calisson cream on top.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.<\/strong>Leave a two-centimeter border all around the cream, moisten the edges, then cover with the other puff pastry disc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.<\/strong><span><\/span>Brush the top of the galette with egg wash, decorate as desired by lightly scoring the pastry and making a small hole in the center, then bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_2&#8243;
