Then knead for 1 minute on low speed and another minute on medium speed. <\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong><span> <\/span>Leave for 40 minutes in the bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.<br \/>Finally, roll out the dough lengthwise, place the butter in the center, then fold the two ends over it.<br \/>Begin the lamination process. Roll out the dough lengthwise and fold it into thirds.
