Each fruit is sorted and peeled by hand before being candied patiently for three to four weeks in successive batches. The syrup slowly penetrates the flesh, preserving the original taste and colour of each variety. After resting in the fruit jar for a long time, a meticulous glazing process gives each piece its shiny appearance and melt-in-the-mouth texture, which is characteristic of our company.<\/p>\n<p>The contents of each crystal box are carefully selected and cannot be changed.
