In one bite, it delivers the same subtle combination of Provencal almonds and candied fruit that has made our company famous for five generations, with an intensity of flavour that never fails to surprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The recipe is exactly the same as that used for our classic calissons. We use our own almonds, which are grown and harvested from 2,150 trees that were planted near our confectionery in Saint-R\u00e9my-de-Provence in 2016. Every step, from cracking in our facility to pruning in our workshop, is carried out with care to preserve the freshness and aromatic richness of the almonds. Candied melon and orange peel, handcrafted in our workshop, complete this fragrant, melt-in-the-mouth paste, which is topped with delicate royal icing.<\/p>\n<p>Presented in an elegant crystal box containing 10, 24, 48 or 72 pieces, these mini calissons are perfect for serving after a meal, with coffee or as part of a tray of petits fours. Their small size also makes them an easy treat to share or slip into a gift.
