Our syrups are infused with the essence of fruits, which are candied using our traditional recipe that has been passed down through five generations. They are delicious as a topping for desserts, crêpes, ice cream, etc.

Our exotic syrups are an invitation to travel… Fruits from the Indian Ocean, Asia and the Caribbean come to be candied in Provence! Following in the footsteps of their local counterparts, apricots, pears and figs infuse the syrup in which they steep for several months. The desire to create a recipe to enjoy them is not a sin, it’s just an escape!
