From Marius Lilamand to today: the story of a jam like no other

Only a candied fruit maker could conceive of a jam made from candied fruit. It’s a return to pure indulgence, or simply the pleasure of spreading this dripping nectar on a slice of good bread. From a ‘mixed fruit’ confit came a more traditional range – no, an absolutely traditional one – where only fruit meets sugar, with nothing else added: no artificial additives, just real jam!

The mixed fruit jam is a creation by Marius Lilamand. This “fantasy” jam has been passed down through the generations, with changes to its packaging and name, but never to its recipe. Originally sold in a tin until 1990, when we switched to glass jars to reveal the fruit inside. A revolution! Now presented in a sophisticated glass jar, it still has a lot to offer!
