Do you know how to use our syrups
made from candied fruit?

Red fruit syrups are naturally used to drizzle over a slice of cheesecake, fromage blanc, or a scoop of ice cream, but have you ever tried fig syrup on fresh goat cheese, or clementine syrup in a fresh fruit salad with candied fruit?

You can also flavor your salad dressings by adding a spoonful of citrus syrup for a touch of acidity, or ginger syrup for a Thai salad, for example.

Syrups also have their place in cooking: orange syrup for glazing cumin-flavored carrots or duck breast strips, and lemon syrup for Caramelize your scallops and cuttlefish on the griddle!

Enjoy, be creative, and send us your experiences.
