From father to son, Lilamand Confiseur has kept the art of candied fruit alive in the heart of Provence.

Founded by Marius Lilamand, a pastry chef and confectioner in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the family business is now in its fifth generation under the leadership of Pierre Lilamand.
